My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location is really close to the airport and easy to reach via Uber or taxi, plus the staff, especially Basant and Radwa at the reception, were friendly and nice. On the other hand, the room I initially booked turned out to be a small chalet without WiFi service, which was disappointing. However, the service was amazing with the staff being very helpful and accommodating to any requests.
